Individual Coaching – Autumn Term 25

Southstar offers bespoke one to one coaching support for school leaders and teachers.  You will be provided with a designated coach who will work objectively and confidentially alongside you to support you in tackling challenging issues and considering exciting future possibilities.  Coaching allows you to ultimately enhance your performance in order to make progress in meeting your professional goals.

 

Group Coaching – Autumn Term 25

Southstar offers group coaching support for school leaders, teachers and support staff.  Your team will receive five sessions, lasting 90 minutes each, with a focus on what is working well and developing individual capacities and effective conditions to lead change and to effect school improvement.

An extensive audit of your safeguarding policies and procedures. Working closely with your DSL, your detailed report and action plan will be in line with the current OFSTED framework.
